Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP): Human Capital Priorities Stream 가이드 2026

The OINP Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream is Ontario's primary pathway for nominating skilled workers through Express Entry. Ontario searches the federal pool and sends Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates it wants - you don't apply to Ontario, Ontario selects you.

How HCP Works

1. Create a federal Express Entry profile and enter the pool (FSW, CEC, or FSTC)
2. Ontario searches the pool using specific criteria (occupation, CRS, education)
3. If you meet Ontario's criteria, you receive a Notification of Interest (NOI)
4. Accept the NOI within 45 days and apply to OINP
5. OINP nominates you if you meet requirements
6. Nomination adds 600 CRS points - guaranteeing an ITA
7. Apply for PR through Express Entry
