In Canada, many essential services are accessed online. Our Digital Literacy program will teach newcomers essential computer skills, online safety and privacy practices, how to navigate government portals like My Service Canada and CRA My Account, using online banking, and accessing digital community resources. Classes will be offered at beginner and intermediate levels in multiple languages.
