Finding safe, affordable housing is one of the biggest challenges newcomers face. Our Housing Support program will help newcomers understand their tenant rights under BC law, navigate the competitive rental market, prepare strong rental applications, access affordable housing waitlists, understand lease agreements, and know what to do if they face discrimination or disputes with landlords.
